As a photographer, I have learned to watch and capture moments in time. Little snips of time that for most people go left unoticed but I capture them and make them stand still forever. I have learned that those little moments can mean so much. Yesterday morning I got up and peeked out the window to see how much snow had fallen the night before. It was a beautiful winter wonderland! I love to admire the snow covered landscape before it has been walked on or driven on. My admiration was soon over when I realized that i had to let the dogs out! I got my boots on and started out the door to the garage. The clean air smell refreshing and the snow was still gently falling. I took a few deep breaths of the refreshing air and then I noticed something. It was so quiet! No movement except the gentle breeze, no cars driving by, no birds chirping, no dogs barking, no cell phones ringing, no one yelling my name, just quiet. It was a beautiful moment. I took a few minutes just enjoying the beautiful little moment that God have given me for the day. You see, I have trained myself for moments, I look for them, so I can capture them for my clients. My captured moments, just little snips of time have brought to my clients laughter and tears of joy that will never happen again. They serve as reminders when they travel down memory lane. What are you little moments, your snips of time? Learn to look, listen and watch for them because a little bit of joy can bring you much happiness. tLouise
